Malibu Scarab Beetle Tile

This is a very unique chunky Malibu tile depicting a scarab beetle, which is recessed into the clay and glazed with cobalt. There are two smaller versions of the main design in the lower corners. This tile has been covered with a shiny finish that is not original to the piece. It does, however, give it a nice patina.
